Triad Psychotherapy is a Massachusetts-based group practice dedicated to supporting adults in Massachusetts with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Our mission is to help clients heal from past experiences, develop skills to manage their emotions, and achieve their desired life goals.

Triad Psychotherapy provides marketing and referrals, insurance claims submission, EHR, health insurance, weekly Staff Meetings, CEU reimbursement, optional Peer Consultation, and yearly Staff retreats. As a Staff Clinician at Triad Psychotherapy, you will have the opportunity to work with adults across Massachusetts. The practice accepts BCBS, OON and private pay clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy to adult clients via telehealth.

We are looking for a Massachusetts Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist) with experience in the following areas:
Working with LGBTQ+ populations
Working with trauma-exposed populations
Passion for gaining experience with diverse populations
Currently licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
Currently resides in Massachusetts.
Ability to work 25 client hours per week and attend bi-weekly Staff Meetings
We are especially interested in those with the following experience:
Treating OCD and eating disorders
Couples therapy experience
Providing psychotherapy in Spanish
Clinical Responsibilities (25 client hours per week minimum):
Provides psychodiagnostic assessment services, particularly in complex or challenging cases
Provides psychoeducation to patients when appropriate
Provides comprehensive, evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions for clients with a range of clinical presentations, including individual, group or couples psychotherapy
Participates in the Triad Psychotherapy clinic as a team member, engaging in collaborative problem-solving with clients and colleagues to develop treatment plans, consult with clinic leadership when needed, and other tasks as appropriate to promote the team mission.
Administrative responsibilities:
Adheres to operational policies and procedures for Triad Psychotherapy
Adheres to state and national standards of care set forth by the APA and HIPAA legislation
Complies with all documentation procedures as outlined in the Triad Psychotherapy operations guide, including timely documentation and patient communication in the electronic health record
Attends weekly Staff Meetings
Basic Qualifications:
Completed PhD or PsyD degree
Licensed in the state of Massachusetts
Is able to work as part of a team of clinicians
Ability to provide psychotherapy in English
Experience working with trauma-exposed individuals
Experience working with diverse populations
Is willing to submit to a background check
